This is to inform the general public of the Authority’s directive which takes effect from 1st January, Year 2023.
Certified True Copy (CTC) for any document that is issued by New Towns Development Authority (NTDA) has been reviewed upward to N50,000.00.
Administrative charge for the processing of Letter Of Confirmation (LOC) N50,000.00.
For clarity, the services below attract these charges:
CERTIFIED TRUE COPY (CTC) – N50,000.00
LETTER OF COMFIRMATION (LOC) – N50,000.00
