Noibi Titilayo Azeezat graduated from Lagos state university, ojo (LASU) with B.A/E.D (English) 1996, MPA 2001.

She had previously attended Ansur-ud-deen Secondary School, Randle Avenue and Shitta Primary School, Surulere.

Since joining the Lagos state service in 1999, she had served in eleven MDA's some of which are: Public service office, Home Affairs, Liaison Office, Lagos Ministry of Transportation, Local Government & Community Affairs, Agriculture LASCODA and Lands Bureau.

She is presently at New Town Development Authority as the Board Secretary/Head of Admin & Human Resources where she is actively involved in driving the strategic repositioning of the Authority for greater impact in the provision of suitable Land space for housing schemes for the citizenry.

Mrs. Noibi is blessed with a loving husband and three children.
