Responsibilities/Functions

The Estate Unit was created for effective management of State Government Schemes. To achieve this, the unit has the following as its functions:

a) Liaising with Scheme’s Resident Associations and host Communities.

b) Routine Site inspections of Government Schemes.

c) Set out standards and guidelines for coordination of activities within Schemes.

d) Ensure optimum value of Government Schemes through valuation and regular update of Assets.

e) Management of facilities, setbacks and open Spaces.

f) Attend to letters and petitions from residents within Government Schemes.

g) Coordination of stakeholder’s involvement within Government Schemes.
