Lagos State New Towns Develoment Authority...developing New Towns with Functional Infrastructure.
The core responsibility are numerated as Follows :
1. Human Resources Management.
2. Staff performance and Evaluation exercise general Administration.
3. Co-ordination of Meetings
4. Assisting the General Manager in the day-today running of the Authority
5. Issuance of Letters Of Confirmation for processing of other documents on Land Allocation
6. Treatment of petitions and appeal from members of staff and the general public on land issues
7. Liaising with Ministries & Extra Ministerial Agencies on issues relating to the Authority amongst others.
Coordinate activities of the Authority that revolve round establishment matters, such as promotion, Recruitment, Posting, Preparation of Annual and Personnel Budget.
